Analysts point out that as North Korea has adopted a much more resolute stance on its nuclear development, related countries should seek new approaches to secure dialogue.

The talks, however, have been stalled since 2008. The country has reportedly conducted atomic weapons tests in 2006, 2009 and 2013.
